eps for your Customers
The customer fills the shopping cart, selects the eps transfer payment method and is then directed to a central bank selection list. After selecting the right bank, the amount due is immediately transferred from the account using a TAN or signature. Both the customer and the dealer immediately receive an electronic order confirmation and the process is complete.
The only requirement from the end customer is to have an account with one of the participating banks such as Bank Austria, BAWAG P.S.K., Erste Bank-Sparkassen, Hypobanken, Raiffeisenbanken, Spänglerbank and the Volksbanken.
How safe is eps?
The transfer mask in Internet banking is automatically filled with the data such as Recipient, amount and purpose of payment – thus errors, changes or other human error by the buyer are excluded and a clear allocation of the payment is guaranteed.
