MOTO stands for Mail Order / Telephone Order and helps you process payments if you receive orders by email, post, phone, or fax.
You don’t need a website to sell your products or services and collect payments online when you use this method.
Use our merchant dashboard to send a custom URL (payment link) to your customer where he/she can complete the transaction on a secure payment page fully customized for your business and prefilled with all order details such as the product/item info, amount and payment methods matching the customer’s location.
You can send the link by email or a text message. After every successful payment, our platform informs your system that the transaction has been successfully completed.
No PCI-DSS certification is necessary by you as the transactions are processed on Novalnet’s secure pages, and you never come in contact with customers’ sensitive payment info.
Convenient to Pay
Payment reference – a payment reference id generated for each customer is shared with you to make future payments by the same customer seamless. For orders from the same customer, attach the customer’s payment reference (which Novalnet shared with you from the customer’s first order), and we’ll make it easy for the customer by prefilling the payment info except for the CVV (or any other safety parameter required by the payment method).
Short URLs – This free service complements payment link’s ease of use. A custom payment link with all the order info would naturally be longer, cumbersome and intimidating, not to mention cryptic.
Our free URL shortener service converts the long payment link to a user-friendly short URL.

Accept payment info on phone or email
Collect payment info on the phone or in-person and submit to Novalnet for processing through an API or on a payment form hosted at Novalnet’s admin portal.
The API method requires you to be PCI-DSS certified as you come in direct contact with your customer’s sensitive payment info.
All payments go through Novalnet’s AI-powered fraud prevention system.
