Each connected dealer receives its own access to our dealer administration https://admin.novalnet.de. Here you can set up all payment methods, collection settings, fraud modules, etc. individually to your own needs. Novalnet maps every single process in real-time in the online administration. Novalnet provides you with all data (of course within the legal framework).
Not only the order itself but also the associated information such as incoming payments are assigned in the admin area and forwarded to your system in real-time. In order to give your bookkeeping the best possible support, we provide CSV files for download, which contain all data (except for credit card and bank details).
Different offers can be created for different services offered (e.g. different types of membership); The transactions can be grouped at any time in our online administration based on these different offers as well as based on the period, first / renewal booking, payment method and other criteria. After selecting the data, they can be exported as a CSV file at the push of a button.
We are happy to provide you with a detailed description of all configurations and settings in our dealer administration manual.
