Your Responsibilities:

• Providing personal and telephone consultation for key customers.
• Assisting these customers with inquiries and issues.
• Ensuring the implementation of customer projects in the after-sales process.
• Acting as the interface between customers and Novalnet’s specialists.
• Identifying additional customer needs and requirements.
• Overseeing the entire implementation process of new payment services, from proposal creation to technical integration and final approval.
• Building trust with customers through a positive approach, increasing the likelihood of repeat purchases and referrals.
• Conducting market analyses to identify potential customers and strengthen market positioning.
• Participating in trade fairs and events to present the company and our services.

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in business, economics, finance, or a comparable field, or relevant professional training. Ideally, initial experience in account management or financial services sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly—both in writing and speaking.
• Excellent customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• High self-motivation, initiative, and enthusiasm.
• Persistence and determination in customer interactions.
• Ability to assert oneself while maintaining sensitivity when dealing with key customers.
• Analytical thinking and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Decision-making and implementation skills.
• Team spirit and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Fluent or highly proficient German in both written and spoken form.
• Good English skills in both written and spoken form are an advantage.
