By stepping up to this call, NOVALNET is making concrete, time-bound commitments across 5 critical action areas that shape a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable future:

Gender Equality
Promoting equal representation, participation, and leadership across all levels of management, and ensuring equal pay for work of equal value by 2030. -
Climate Action
Setting science-based net-zero emissions reduction targets in line with a 1.5°C pathway, aiming to halve global emissions by 2030 and reach net-zero by 2050 at the latest. -
Living Wage
Ensuring that 100% of employees across the organization earn a living wage by 2030, and collaborating with supply chain partners to achieve living wages and/or living incomes with measurable and time-bound milestones. -
Water Resilience
Building water resilience across global operations and supply chains, and contributing to collective positive water impact in at least 100 vulnerable prioritized water basins by 2030. -
Finance & Investment
Aligning corporate investment with SDG policies and strategies, setting targets, tracking, and reporting on the amount and proportion of such SDG investments. Additionally, establishing a corporate financing strategy linked to SDG investments and performance.
