Your Responsibilities:

• Advising potential and existing customers on our payment services and solutions.
• Assisting in the creation and presentation of tailored offers.
• Conducting market analyses to identify potential customers and strengthen market positioning.
• Helping maintain and further develop customer relationships.
• Acquiring new business customers through active outreach and networking.
• Supporting the planning and execution of sales campaigns.
• Collaborating with the marketing, product management, and customer service departments to meet customer needs optimally.
• Participating in trade fairs and events to present the company and our services.

Your Profile:

• Initial experience in sales, ideally in the payment services industry or a related field.
• Interest in digital payment methods and financial technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
• Customer orientation and a good understanding of customer needs.
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business, economics, marketing, or equivalent qualifications.
• Analytical skills and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of thinking and working.
• Decision-making and implementation skills.
• High willingness to learn and motivation to develop further in a dynamic environment.
• Team spirit and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Fluent or highly proficient German in both written and spoken form.
• Good English skills in both written and spoken form are an advantage.
