With the Novalnet end customer portal “card.novalnet.de” we provide you as a payment service provider with an additional service for online payment. Each customer can view all transaction details with the transaction identification number (TID) that appears in his debit from the account or on the credit card statement. This is a free additional service for you as a shop operator.
If desired, your shop or your company can be displayed as the payee in the customer’s account statement.
If an end customer who has paid online on your website cannot assign a direct debit to his account or credit card, he can view the booking details himself via “card.novalnet.de”. The end customer can easily determine where the purchase was made, which in turn significantly reduces the risk of chargebacks and chargebacks.
If your business model includes a subscription, your customers have the option to end their subscription in the end customer portal. This saves you time and administrative effort.
In addition, telephone support is available to the end customer, which is provided by our service staff. You do not have to provide any customer support yourself for online payments made via Novalnet.
