Prepayment is a classic among payment options and the safest for the product supplier, following the slogan: money first, goods second. Incoming payments are checked automatically by the system and vendors are automatically informed in real time about incoming payments in our system. The payment status is updated automatically by Novalnet. Vendors need not spend time to check incoming payments.
For you as a shop maintainer processing with us as your payment service provider is the most convenient way of managing prepayments. On request, the status of incoming payments can automatically be transmitted to your system, for example your enterprise resource planning. Prepayment still continues to exist in e-payment and e-commerce and is made palatable to shop customers in connection with a small percentage discount.
We recommend offering at least two or three alternative payment types in addition to prepayment. With a full payment service provider such as Novalnet offering all comment payment types in one hand, this is rather easy. You as website and shop maintainer are completely flexible as to which payment options are selected. You keep an overview using the Novalnet admin portal in which all incoming payments and transaction details are visible in real time for all payment types.
